I feel like I was at a dead sprint and then ran straight off a dang cliff!
Every second of this story was fantastic but I mean ...come on!!! Why so short!?! there is so much left to this story I would have thoroughly enjoyed!!!!

It was great until the end

Don't get me wrong the story was good. However at the end it was just so unsatisfying. There was so much left for interpretation.
All the epilogue was about was her career and I don't personally tend to read romances for the career of the main character.
it just felt unfinished and incomplete. it really bummed me out.
I loved all the characters, and I read the book in one day.

I'm very conflicted

I got introduced to these main characters in another series, and I loved them. I have moments where I like them and the story is well rounded and well crafted, and in those moments I can sink in and enjoy it.


However, it doesn't stay that way. it's like the framework to the story isn't stable or something.
I have to say most of the time I dislike the main female...quite a bit. The majority of the story is honestly just not formed well enough. The relationship between the main characters is just... not shaped? I'm not sure, you can see and feel Valentine's personality and emotions well but when it comes to Mira, it just all falls flat. Perhaps it was rushed in areas and I can just sense it in the writing. sometimes it is just as if the writers heart wasn't actually in it.

I got to Chapter 11, and rather than skip to the happily ever after I am not going to finish. This just turned out to be a step too far for me. I would never forgive or fall in love with a man who forced me down and put a knife anywhere near my body.

This is a huge trigger for me, and I wouldn't be able to forgive her for falling for him. I can't call this romance or okay. However this may be someone else's kind of book, it may not be for anyone with certain traumas.

it is really nice when authors give their readers a warning so the don't waste their money on a book they will never read or suggest to anyone they know.

I am so grateful for this book and the wisdom within.

At the beginning of this year, I lost my unborn baby. Nothing helped. I was so lost and alone in my grief and I was so angry, and ashamed.

This book helped me greatly to forgive and let go of my suffering. I found the peace in this book that I needed.

Whatever you are struggling with, whatever is making you hurt, and angry, and unsatisfied in your life.

Make the time to read/listen to this book.

But, don't just read and listen...truly hear the words within this title. Allow its wisdom to guide you to a life you feel and see more love and light, and pure joy, in all things.

May not be everyone's cup of tea.

I think the story is original enough and the writing is good. I just couldn't finish reading. I got to chapter 13. I could get past the first half of the job but the brutality and slack morals went a step too far to me..or more.
There was just no way of me being able to like the male character and therefore, I wouldn't enjoy the two characters being together either.
A bit too bad boy for me.

A story to fill your heart ❤

I am so taken by this love these 2 amazing authors have put on paper. Even more than that, they made it come to life. They make you FEEL it.

This book is full of a Love that you would read it over and over, just so that you don't have to stop feeling it. When you get to the end you want to either start over or get to your knees and begin begging the Universe for a real life Griffin made just for you.

This story is real, and hard at times to not get frustrated at the difficulties they face, but in the end...you truly see it was all necessary to get to where they belong.

I am amazed with how well this story was wrapped up. No end are left loose, all closure is satisfied. Everything makes sense and feels good.

This is the kind of book with the kind of love that I believe every single being deserves. Yet seems so rare, that those that believe in it, are thought to be stuck in a fictional mindset.

This story makes you believe again.

Do yourself a favor, give yourself some TLC and read this book. It's a great way to start, end, and start your day... because of you love it like I do...you won't be able to put it down until you have found the surprise awaiting you;)

I laughed and cried happy tears...the way he talks in his point of view is beautiful perfection.
