Tell people it’s like a decade of free therapy having the ability to direct them to a concise explanation of what it means to make sense of your story now that he has a book is truly a gift! Brilliant look at IFS through the lens of faith

The author does the best job I have heard so far of clearly explaining IFS, using helpful examples, and offering lots of helpful meditations for understanding your own parts. I personally, as a person of faith appreciated the way she integrated the Bible and a personal relationship with Jesus to IFS.

I’m so grateful to my friend who recommended this book! I didn’t even realize how desperately I was in need of soul care. Eldridge does such a great job of pointing out the need and showing the solutions. I Love fiction, but primarily read books to help me be better in all aspects of my life but often have a hard time finishing… I didn’t want to put this one down! Do yourself a favor and listen to this book!

Best Christian parenting book EVER

Seriously, do yourself and your children a favor and READ this book! How to Really Love your child by Dr Ross Campbell and Say goodbye to whining complaining and Bad attitudes In you and your children have been my two favorite parenting books for the last decade but this just moved to the top of the list! It’s all about the gospel and it’s all about God‘s plan for your kids, I plan to read this at least twice and maybe three times and pick it up again next year!
