The guy simply changes the pitch of his voice
enough with the accent comments. He definitely does not put on anything close to a stereotypical Asian accent that somebody might’ve affected back then.

To all of you who claimed this book was "Disgusting" I wish you would have been more clear. This book is interesting as a "HORROR NOVEL", don't get me wrong. What it is not is "Haunted". There's tons of perverse sexuality and a few monsters (METAPHORICALLY!!!!) see..important fact when writing a review! If your looking for Ghosts go elsewhere...PS I am in no way a prude...you have no idea how true that statement is...but I don't like being mislead either...If Howard Stern wrote a "horror novel" this would be pretty close to the end result...Howard's would be funnier though.

A Bit Weak.

Maybe I'm to critical considering all the high star ratings on this one. The core story was creepy enough but it played like a Lifetime movie...weak premises to move the story forward and kind of corny at times and with main character's who you could barely like better yet root for. Over all it was OK. I would have quit it half way through if I hadn't been on a long drive.

This book changed the way I looked at losing weight. If you want to here more of the same diet crap that any yo yo dieter already knows and can't stick to this is not your book. This book is why I'm 37 pounds lighter going on 4 months now.
There are no quick fix metabolism tricks...no eat every 2 hours and 8 seconds timed quackery...just facts! That very much worked for me.
