Great mystery
Revisado: 03-01-25
The narration was one of the highlights, excellent cast. The story will keep you guessing all the way to the end, even at the end it leaves you guessing. If you prefer that things are wrapped up with a nice tight ending, this might frustrate you but if you like stories that leave the ending up to interpretation this is a good one

Historia
Frank Szatowski is shocked when his daughter, Maggie, calls him for the first time in three years. He was convinced that their estrangement would become permanent. He’s even more surprised when she invites him to her upcoming wedding in New Hampshire. Frank is ecstatic, and determined to finally make things right. He arrives to find that the wedding is at a private estate—very secluded, very luxurious, very much out of his league. It seems that Maggie failed to mention that she’s marrying Aidan Gardner, the son of a famous tech billionaire.

Possibly the worst narrator
Revisado: 02-19-25
I really can’t tell if the story is that bad or it just seems that bad because the narrator is just terrible. I mean, the character, the main character, is a very self-absorbed controlling pathetic man so maybe the narrator is just trying to convey that with his voice, but it is painful to listen to. I only kept it on my player to have one of those stories that I could just sort of play in the background when I wanted somewhite noise going while I walk my dogs.

The narrator was quite good and the story was fun. Perfect if you’re like me, someone who loses focus of stories often.

The stupidest story I’ve read in years!!!
Revisado: 10-12-23
I only continue to listen to it because audible wouldn’t let me return it. It’s so frustrating, the main character is so stupid. It makes women sound like complete mindless idiots. In the end it’s just way over done. But if you’re bored and have nothing to do and need some mindless something to go on while you’re busy doing other things then go ahead and give it a try.

Good story but awful narrator!
Revisado: 02-06-22
I seldom leave a bad review but the narrator sounded like it was a computer generated voice. I wanted a quick easy story so I stuck with it but it was painful to listen too.
