Historia
Star Trek: No Man’s Land picks up right after the action-packed season one conclusion of Star Trek: Picard. While Raffi and Seven of Nine are enjoying some much-needed R&R in Raffi’s remote hideaway, their downtime is interrupted by an urgent cry for help: a distant, beleaguered planet has enlisted the Fenris Rangers to save an embattled evacuation effort.

Not the Best Audiobook
Revisado: 02-03-21
The information in this book doesn't transition well into an audiobook. Lots of lists that just sound like words being tossed at you. The chapters that contain information are well thought out and easy to listen to. I'd recommend buying this book instead of doing the audio version.

Historia
The Fifty-Year Mission: The Next 25 Years: From the Next Generation to J. J. Abrams is an incisive, no-holds-barred oral history telling the story of post-Original Series Star Trek, told exclusively by the people who were there, in their own words - sharing the inside scoops they've never told before, unveiling the oftentimes shocking true story of the history of Star Trek, and chronicling the trials, tribulations, and tribbles that have remained deeply buried secrets until now.

Great Story, OK audio book
Revisado: 05-30-20
I'm a hardcore Trekkie and after listening to the first volume, had to get the second. The story is great and feels like a long panel at a Trek Convention. The only big drawback is that the person reading the book mispronounced a lot of names. Performer names, character names and species.

It’s not easy being 16, especially when everyone expects great things from Tilly. It’s even harder when her mother and father are Federation luminaries, not to mention pressing her to attend one of the best schools the Federation has to offer. Tilly wants to achieve great things - even though she hasn’t quite worked out how to do that or what it is she wants to do. But this year, everything will change for Tilly, as she is about to embark upon the adventure of a lifetime - an adventure that will take her ever closer to the stars....

Historia
Before Liz Lemon, before Weekend Update, before Sarah Palin, Tina Fey was just a young girl with a dream: A recurring stress dream that she was being chased through a local airport by her middle-school gym teacher. She also had a dream that one day she would be a comedian on TV. She has seen both these dreams come true. At last, Tina Fey's story can be told. From her youthful days as a vicious nerd to her tour of duty on Saturday Night Live. Tina Fey reveals all, and proves what we've always suspected: You're no one until someone calls you bossy.

Historia
At last, the full story behind Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman's epic romance, including stories, portraits, and the occasional puzzle. How did they do it? They came from completely different families, endured a significant age difference, and were separated by the gulf of several social strata. Megan loved books and art history; Nick loved hammers. But much more than these seemingly unsurpassable obstacles were the values they held in common: respect, decency, the ability to mention genitalia in almost any context, and an abiding obsession with the songs of Tom Waits.

This is the most entertaining audio book I've ever listened to. They are hilarious as a couple, and if you can listen to this, you will find yourself just wishing you could go out for drinks with both of them. They are funny, smart and have an incredible chemistry that is so obvious.

Great for Starbucks Prep
Revisado: 04-10-20
I had just been offered a job as a General Manager for Starbucks and would advise anyone starting a career with the company to listen to this audiobook. Starbucks has an incredible culture that can be overwhelming to those new to the organization. This book serves as a great introduction and was (as of last August) up to date with current Starbucks policies. Very highly recommend!

Hard to Follow
Revisado: 04-10-20
I found the audio version of this book to be somewhat hard to follow. Hearing a bit more about Saru is a great concept - but the alien species that they encounter in the story failed to capture my interest and made the book and underwhelming experience.

As always, Robert Petkoff provides a great audio performance. The story delves into the backstory of Captain Pike and the Enterprise crew that he commands during the timeline of Star Trek Discovery. The story took a while for me to really get into it, but I was enthralled by the end.
