This is one of those books that after reading it you don't feel like you've really learned anything. I don't know anything about brain surgery but I could write a book like this on brain surgery by saying, "In order to be a great brain surgeon you need to study and take notes. You need to attend the right schools and get a degree . . . ' In other words they are things anyone would know about the subject of brain surgery. This book does the same for Coaching.
