Historia
Titan is the first full-length biography based on unrestricted access to Rockefeller’s exceptionally rich trove of papers. A landmark publication full of startling revelations, the book indelibly alters our image of this most enigmatic capitalist. Born the son of a flamboyant, bigamous snake-oil salesman and a pious, straitlaced mother, Rockefeller rose from rustic origins to become the world’s richest man by creating America’s most powerful and feared monopoly, Standard Oil. Branded "the Octopus" by legions of muckrakers, the trust refined and marketed nearly 90 percent of the oil produced in America.

Shout out the legend Rockefeller
Revisado: 04-08-24
Young American man or African decent. I was a skeptic of bro. Tbh I thought he was a great businessman, one of the greatest ever but I had negative feelings and impressions towards Rockefeller specifically for him being to blame for the archaic form of learning the American school system is. I then before even reading backed off that view as I’ve come to realize we need the poor and middle class for capitalism to succeed and the obedient, submissive mindset the school system coaxes into humans is a necessary evil. However learning that the GEB was initially intended for African Americans in the first place and seeing he gave away the equivalent today of over 10 billion. About 6-7 billion before income tax was even a thing. So he really gave away billions with a B with no incentive. Truly one of the most inspirational and greatest men to ever live.

Dream killers are financial and life issues that prevent us from living life to the fullest and achieving our dreams. They include financial issues such as inflation, taxes, and market risk and life issues such as premature death, job loss, and fear. Our success or failure in achieving our goals and dreams are often dependent on how we battle these dream killers. But in today’s modern economy, life is busy and financial issues can be confusing.

This is my fourth book Ik the topics of IUL. More I hear the more I understand how this is literally like investing in gold. BlackRock Aka a huge insurance company controls 22 trillion in assets. Meaning they control more assets than most countries. Invest with the big dogs if you want to become one. You’ll see that at the bottom of a lot of your IUL’s BlackRock is mentioned. Insurance is the most lucrative business on earth. Simply put.

Great book outlining the many advantages of an indexed universal life insurance plan. Amazing book. Illustrates why any other investment really just isn’t as secure with as many positives. Doesn’t matter what you invest in. Eventually Uncle Sam will get his cut no matter how many tax breaks and exceptions you try to use. This shows how to grow tax free income that gets dividends based off the performance of the market but since you’re investing in an insurance company your money is directly at risk in the market so you don’t lose money when the market dips and can even set your IUL up to still gain a few percent no matter the year. Tax free investment with higher upside than bonds and high yield savings accounts and also with large death benefits that continually grow larger throughout the lifetime of the policy.

Historia
Did you know that only 1 out of 5 people opt for life insurance? The reason behind this is simple: People don’t consider life insurance an essential part of their retirement plan or their life in general. Many people have a general perception regarding life insurance. The common one is that life insurance is something to protect their families if they face any financial difficulties. Such a situation is assumed to arise when the breadwinner either retires, passes away, or makes a bad investment.

Explains how you can really become your own lender. Only thing it doesn’t mention is stacking policies. Get as many policies as you can realistically afford. Maybe in the future start using a policy to pay all your other policies. Possibilities are endless

Good book if you are unprepared for death
Revisado: 03-25-24
Book doesn’t teach you anything technical. Mostly surface level information and just telling you how to possibly handle things and just brief surface level descriptions of what each thing is. Nothing technical about the book. Mainly would recommend for people who find great anxiety in approaching the problem of dying or setting up family for after their death. Wouldn’t recommend this to you if you plan on trying to learn how to take care of any of the processes in this book yourself
