Insightful book bringing a lot of concepts together. Wardley Mapping is hard for the uninitiated but the examples help get warmed up. Maybe a bit too much focus on serverless but I get the point. Overall a very enjoyable read and a lot to consider.

Really enjoyed the book content and narration. A lot of Amazon's leadership principles and a few of their key mechanisms explained in detail. I recommend this book to all my staff.
