Historia
When a bomb imploded her building on April 19, 1995, Amy fell three stories and was buried alive for over six hours. In the aftermath of her trauma and loss, Amy enacted the power of hope to transform from victim to champion in her work, education, health, spirit, and love. Her open, vulnerable, and seemingly impossible journey reveals the raw power of authentic hope. No matter how heavy our burdens weigh - from our careers, health, addictions, insecurities, trauma, or loss - Amy reminds us that hope is a verb we can enact today to transform our lives into the future of our dreams.

Historia
In Love Wins, Rob Bell confronted the troubling questions that many people of faith are afraid to ask about heaven, hell, fate, and faith. Using the same inspired, inquisitive approach, he now turns to our most sacred book: the Bible. What Is the Bible? provides insights and answers that make clear why the Bible is so revered and what makes it truly inspiring and essential to our lives. Rob takes us deep into actual passages to reveal the humanity behind the Scriptures.

A key to unlock
Revisado: 02-15-19
If you have survived the prosperity/miracle ministries or other religious echo chambers you've got to read this !Then after I hope you, like myself will find it is like a key to unlock your mind so it can talk to your heart again about the Bible as you read it in freedom . I'm not promoting Rob Bell, he could go off the deep end like anyone else but this book will remain a great key to help unlock the Bible and for once in your life you may enjoy talking to others about the Bible . Rob's performance keeps you engaged without using heavy theological jargon to weight you down so that you can't wait to hear more , but doesn't by any means leave you without some history , culture, and language lessons to give you confidence in what he is presenting to his reader. You will want to read it again and want others to read it and not have to feel stupid you force fed them , " another book on religion " .
