listener review of narrator
Revisado: 09-14-21
The narrator reads as if she is reading to children and reading as if she herself is a child. It makes it difficult to continue listening. She adds a lot of high tones, emphasis to ending words, and unnecessary enphasis and intonations as if she's reading a fairytale or acting in one. I takes away from the message of this book and makes the message seem insincere, fake, and question the credibility and experience of the author.

Historia
Start at the End offers a new framework for design, grounded in behavioral science. Technology executive and behavioral scientist Matt Wallaert argues that the purpose of everything is behavior change. By starting with outcomes instead of processes, the most effective companies understand what people want to do and why they aren't already doing it, then build products and services to bridge the gap. Wallaert underscores with clarity and humor how this approach can improve the way we work and live.

would be good if not filled with racial rhetoric
Revisado: 08-14-19
stopped listening, it felt as if i were in class of racial indoctrination being fed more rhetoric about racism than on what i thought the book would be about. i wish the writer would have stuck to teaching about the process and the reason for starting at the end in an objective manner rather than injecting his political view into the story. im not interested in being indoctrinated. Thank you but no thank you. would not recommend.
