What disappointed you about Cat of the Century?
There was too much preaching about taxes and the role of government in day to day life. The cat books are light hearted mysteries, but this one was full of political spouting that I am uninterested in when reading a supposedly entertaining novel.

It is very difficult for me to criticize the author of such groundbreaking novels like Rubyfruit Jungle. But this book went a bit too fat into the politically coocoo.
