Historia
Nesta Archeron has always been prickly-proud, swift to anger, and slow to forgive. And ever since being forced into the Cauldron and becoming High Fae against her will, she's struggled to find a place for herself within the strange, deadly world she inhabits. Worse, she can't seem to move past the horrors of the war with Hybern and all she lost in it. The one person who ignites her temper more than any other is Cassian, the battle-scarred warrior whose position in Rhysand and Feyre's Night Court keeps him constantly in Nesta's orbit. But her temper isn't the only thing Cassian ignites.

Amazing performance of the narrators!

I listened to all 5 ACOTAR books in graphic audio. I went thru book 1-4 in less than a month. I was listening them while working, driving, cooking and cleaning. They were the best book series I have listened in a long time, probably my favorite books so far. I rushed to listened to book 5 which is this one and it took me over a month to finished it. First of all, the voice actors were amazing, top tier in their performances, I have no complaints, they delivered an awesome presentation! The story was not engaging and hard to like and believe since the book is about the least likable character of the series. The book is not in the protagonist point of view but on the sister and I found it annoying. Also, a lot of the main character’s actions in this book did not match the other 4 books which I found really confusing and hard to believe. The action scenes were great, but there was way too spicy scenes for me, like the author was trying to compensate because she did a book about Nesta, I hope the next book is better because coming from a book high from the previous 4 to this one was really a downer.

Historia
Twenty-four-year-old Saeris Fane is good at keeping secrets. No one knows about the strange powers she possesses or the fact that she has been picking pockets and stealing from the Undying Queen's reservoirs for as long as she can remember. But a secret is like a knot. Sooner or later, it is bound to come undone. When Saeris comes face-to-face with Death himself, she inadvertently reopens a gateway between realms and is transported to a land of ice and snow. The Fae have always been the stuff of myth, of legend, of nightmares… but it turns out they're real.

Good book and great performance!

Going back to regular audio from listening graphic audio took me a bit of time to adjust but the narrators’ performances were top tier! I got to say that the two narrators were amazing reading the book, they both complimented each other.
Pros: narrators amazing, story was good, small spicy scenes in different chapters.
Cons: I’m okay with spicy scenes but one whole chapter for just that it was too much for me. The story was good but some scenes just didn’t flow nicely based on the characters actions and development.
Overall, it was a good listen and entertaining, I highly recommend it.

Upgrading from "married" to "married with children" can be stressful. Think about it: Who loves to find him or herself in a minivan loaded with noisy kids? Or, as much as you love your children and work hard to nurture them for the future, the challenges that come with parenthood can make the "for better or for worse" promise a hard one to honor.

If you are not religious, just skip this book
Revisado: 03-10-21
I though it was going to be a good fast book to listen to but I got extremely disappointed.
If you are not religious, you might get annoyed at how much they mentioned God in this book. It is mentioned almost in every chapter and it gets extremely repetitive and annoying.
I think that if they should have explained it that this is for religious parents then I might have not wasted a credit on it.
Also, the subjects are extremely vague and not that helpful, at least it was not that long.

Historia
If you follow some simple rules, getting your baby to sleep through the night can be achieved painlessly and quicker than if you just put him or her to bed and hope for the best. Newborn babies sleep a lot and feed a lot! Any mother can tell you that! If you have a newborn baby, he or she will sleep, eat, have a quiet period while awake, occasionally cry, and frequently poop. As a parent, you can help to encourage your child to enter into a consistent sleep pattern if you follow specific steps to encourage him or her to sleep alone.

Informative and to the point
Revisado: 10-05-20
I tried some techniques that are explained in the book from friends and family but never followed through to the details of the explanation from the book. I have a toddler and a baby and I need to put several techniques in motion for them to work. I really liked the examples it gives you and they are realistic on what to except. It was an easy listening, I highly recommend it.

Historia
Highlighting the fascinating link between a child’s neurological development and the way a parent reacts to misbehavior, No-Drama Discipline provides an effective, compassionate road map for dealing with tantrums, tensions, and tears - without causing a scene. Defining the true meaning of the “d” word (to instruct, not to shout or reprimand), the authors explain how to reach your child, redirect emotions, and turn a meltdown into an opportunity for growth.

Great book and easy tools to follow at home

I enjoyed this book and I was able to immediately apply some techniques to my 2.5 year old. I’m so happy some techniques work and I’m getting less tantrum at home. I highly recommend it!
