Really enjoyed this book. It’s short and digestible, but packed full of helpful tips. As a brand new baby starter-upper, an avid rule follower and a bit of a perfectionist, the practical steps, lists and charges in the book really woke me up to the important of keeping moving forward, being flexible, adapting, and staying the course. Pete Moon’s style of advice and writing is closed loop; he doesn’t just say “speak to people you respect in business and ask them how they got there”, he writes an extensive list of dynamic questions you can try on for size, and use as you see fit.
I bought this on kindle and on audible, and it will be something I refer back to every now and then when I need a reminder, a friendly nudge, or even just some inspiration. Too practical not to re-use!

As an ICU nurse, this was an absolute honour to listen to. Thankyou for sharing these stunning stories with us, I was with each of you in every second of listening; laughing, gasping, weeping. We are better together, and the beautiful NHS and these stories, exemplify that wholeheartedly. I would recommend this to ANYONE, because healthcare is humanity! Thankyou, again.
