I stopped this when it got to the torture scene in the shower. I have listened to and read many a BDSM book but this story line was just too much. Gratuitous and disturbing. Just ruined what was building up to a good love/redemption story. Sorry Harper, you failed on this one.

This series of books are the best romances I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. The humor, pathos and joy as performed by Joel Leslie are amazing. Tears and laughter explode from you as this beautiful story unfolds. As of this writing there are 3 available in audible form with a sweet short Christmas story on ebook. The author told me just today that a fourth is in production now for an Audible release in the very near future. I cannot wait for its release. Turning blue from holding my breath. Thanks to N R Walker for these incredible stories and books. And Mr Leslie, one my very favorite voice talents for his emotional and emotion inducing performances.
