I loved hearing one of my favorite visual and voice actors speak of reading and performing. I really appreciated her description of letting the stories speak for themselves and not let her perception color the performance or the writers intention of the story or characters. Love her so much! I could listen to her read for hours and hours and never get tired!

Don't waste your time

The tale is funny occasionally but not enough to sit through endless parades of maudlin flashbacks explaining why someone is a bad guy. The battles scences, which are many are extremely bloody and brutal and feel like they have no point. The whole book felt like one dark whole that sucked you in. The only reason I kept listening was due to the quality preformance of the narrator. I would listen to him again but not with this author.
