The information in this book motivates me to eat more healthy. I especially enjoyed the testimonials in each chapter. To find out exactly how vegetables provide healing and nutrients for my body, makes me want to ensure that my body gets all of those benefits. Right now, I know I have been missing out for many years. That is about to change!

I want to be able to implement these strategies in my day to day life, highlight, underline, and make notes on things. So, by the time I was finishing the audible book, I had purchased the hard copy! This book is a gold mine!!
