One of THE best crime dramas I’ve ever listened to. The storytelling and narration were top tier. Will definitely listen to more of this author’s work.

Authors, complete your story!!!

This was so incredibly frustrating. It was well written and narrated but the end provided very little satisfaction. It made me feel like I wasted my time even listening to it. The house is the focal point of this book. Almost it’s own character but you don’t even find out what the outcome truly is. Disappointing. I would never listen to another audiobook from these authors.

Best narration I’ve ever heard

This book was incredibly well written with the right amount of romance and drama. The narration was top notch. Their ability to be vastly different characters with their each distinct voices was very impressive. Will read more of this author and more of the content by the narrators in the future. Loved it all!

The story was decent enough but not one of the main characters were actually likable. The male lead is an asshole yet I’m supposed to root for his happiness? Even his friends left a lot to be desired. I tried to not judge the female lead too harshly because she was placed in a difficult situation but she was young and childish. I found myself rolling my eyes from her antics. Typical asshole, rich guy trope. Lazy writing in my opinion. Let’s switch it up shall we? The performances were great but even they couldn’t save this sad attempt at a love story. I usually love LJ Shen books so I will assume the other author is the reason for this departure from great story telling. I’ll stay away from this writing duo in the future.

Female narrator is awful!

Female narrator was awful. Couldn’t even make it past 10 minutes. Ugh. Her voice is very whiny and grates on my nerves. I’ll just read the story instead.

Boring

I’m sorry but this book did not hold my interest. As usual, Jason Clarke is a great narrator but Savannah is hit or miss. I didn’t care for her breathy narration. I read the first few and last few chapters. Don’t think I’ll read another K.Bromberg novel.

Absolutely loved it from beginning to end.
Gregory provides a pretty good narration. Great story. This is the 2nd entry in this series so check out the first one prior to reading this one. It’ll make this more enjoyable.

Boring

I’m disappointed to say that I found this book to be rather boring. I listened to it mostly, skipped a few times to speed up the mundane dialogue, but I wasn’t quite captivated. The narrators did an excellent job but they could not save what turned out to be a very dull and uninspiring story.

This book is all over the place. It doesn’t know what the main storyline wants to be. I only listened because Christian fox is a great narrator, it was free and i was hoping the author would eventually find her way. I was so wrong. Don’t waste your time.

Boring

This book was incredibly boring. The storyline was interesting enough and the narrators did a great job but the book was simply not well written. I decided to end by misery with 3.5 hours left. It doesn’t matter if it cost me a credit. My sanity is worth more.
