Loved the narrators but the voice of the sister got on all my nerves, she sounded like she was 10 instead of 26; not to mention her wanting to know about Cash irritated me. I don't like pushy characters 😕

No pushy Characters

I liked the book. However listening pushy mother and aunt was a total turn off; they way they acted made me fasthforward what they had to say. In real life my aunt and mother would have heard a mouth full. I hate pushy characters they show little respect.

I've never really written a review, but in this case I had to. The narrator clearly does not match the Male character in the book. This book contains African American characters, however the narrator sounds caucasian. I've read the book and this book and loved it. I wonder if the author has heard this recording, she should know that the Male voice clearly does not match this book. This audio book would have been better with either Sean Cresden or Jakobi Diem as the narrator . Consider redoing this recording. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for this book or I would have gladly returned it.
