Interesting Insight Delivered by Top Narrator
Revisado: 08-29-15
If you could sum up The Millionaire Next Door in three words, what would they be?
Wealth = Offense + Defense
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Millionaire Next Door?
Gaining insights that suggest how real wealthy people behave, as opposed to the rubbish presented in media.
What about Cotter Smith’s performance did you like?
Cotter Smith is a rock star. I wish all audio books were performed by Cotter Smith. Purchasing Thomas Stanley's next book, The Millionaire Mind, was largely influenced by the fact that Cotter Smith was once again the narrator.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from The Millionaire Next Door?
Average Accumulation of Wealth (AAW) = (age/10) * annual income
Prodigious Accumulation of Wealth (PAW) = 2 * AAW
Under Accumulation of Wealth (UAW) = 1/2 * AAW
Any additional comments?
This book is not a strategy or "how to" like many other books in the genre, like Rich Dad, Poor Dad or Total Money Makeover. But it provides a different point of view - a statistical point of view - as to the habits and priorities of wealthy people.

Historia
Silver is probably the most undervalued asset in the history of the world today, but not for long. In this audiobook I attempt to build a case for investing in silver now.
Based upon the fundamentals and the eventual return of normalcy in the markets, silver should yield fantastic returns for those souls who can go against the grain of current thought. The fundamentals for silver are very, very favorable, but not if you listen to the talking heads in the mainstream media. Do yourself a favor and get the facts before dismissing silver as a dead relic of the past.

Conspiracy Theorist and Prepper
Revisado: 03-24-15
Would you try another book from Chas Harrison and/or Greg Lengacher?
No. The author established no credibility - I would in fact steer away from further titles by this author.
What could Chas Harrison have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Establish credibility. Provide sound basis for his point of view rather than spouting conspiracy theories.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
It's hard to say. There may well be some truth in among all of the rhetoric. But I'll never know because I will be forced to paint all of the words with the conspiracy theorist brush.
