Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would recommend this book to those who faces the challenge of managing and/or growing a business, teams, or focus groups. The Oz Principal, in application, is a simple, but very powerful tool.
Any additional comments?
The Oz Principle presents some very sound logic that can be applied to work and everyday life. While I found that there was no giant revelation, there certainly was an "ah-ha" moment when you dust the cobwebs off a principle that we all probably know, and start thinking about the power of it's practical application.

For Mitch Albom, that person was Morrie Schwartz, his college professor from nearly 20 years ago. Maybe, like Mitch, you lost track of this mentor as you made your way, and the insights faded. Wouldn't you like to see that person again, ask the bigger questions that still haunt you?
