Overall great book for learning about the real estate bubble and a lot of the development history in Florida. I wish it didn’t feel the need to push the DEI agenda throughout the book.

Great book to listen too, I really wish Gad Sadd had read it for the audiobook, woulda made for a better touch since I’m family with voice and style of speech from podcast. All in all he does a great job getting his message across.

I was recommended this book by close friend of mine. One of the things I struggle most with is delegating task to free up my time for what actually makes me the most money in my business. Got a lot of great helpful tips, and some good perspective shift.

I’m weary of books this popular and mainstream

Generally, I try to avoid books that are as popular and is widely distributed as Atomic Habits is. Being present in every major retailer generally is a sign that something is for the masses, and as a rule, I try to avoid such things. In this case though, my rule failed me. Atomic Habits is an excellent listen, offers great tricks for changing the course of one’s life. I cannot recommend enough.

The world needs more Elon’s

If humanity could discover the formula for how to get more Elon Musk’s, we would not only lbs better for it, we would live in a unrecognizable society in just a few generations. The world needs more Einstein’s, more Musk, as a species, ensuring we have more of the absolute best and brightest of us should be our primary pursuit when making policy decisions.

One of the best business books I’ve listened too

Maybe I’m biased because I’m a commercial real estate broker, but this is easily one of the best business books I’ve read, and will certainly join my recommendations list along with “48 Laws of Power,” “Hard Times Create Strong Men,” “Power Broker,” and a few others. The reader does a fantastic job keeping it lively and fun, the story progression by the author is perfect and the length is just right. 10/10

If you’re a doer this is the book for you, Arnold is goal driven and his mindset is bulletproof. He’s a great inspiration and role model of the immigrant mentality that America should love.
