Historia
The book of Galatians reveals that in God's economy, Christ replaces the law, and it is religion versus tradition. The churches in Galatia had begun well, receiving the Spirit through faith, but were now striving to be perfected by the flesh through the law (3:3). The Judaizers had bewitched the Galatians so that they considered the ordinances of the law above the Son of the living God.

Great narration with an amazing message
Revisado: 02-16-23
The narration of these messages was very clear and easy to listen to. The content of these messages has very much impacted how I live my Christian life, especially that it is not a matter of living by some ethical teachings or keeping the law but a living by the Spirit, which is the reaching of the triune God, who is filling us and leading us in everything we do and say. Definitely worth the read!

Historia
In this award-winning Audible Studios production, Trevor Noah tells his wild coming-of-age tale during the twilight of apartheid in South Africa. It’s a story that begins with his mother throwing him from a moving van to save him from a potentially fatal dispute with gangsters, then follows the budding comedian’s path to self-discovery through episodes both poignant and comical.

I love that Trevor Noah wrote AND narrated it
Revisado: 06-12-17
Would you consider the audio edition of Born a Crime to be better than the print version?
Never read the print edition
What did you like best about this story?
All his adventures as a child and his impersonation and accents of the different characters
What about Trevor Noah’s performance did you like?
Because he narrated it, it was like he was talking to me personally and sharing his life stories with me
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I love all the parts about his mother
Any additional comments?
I would lay off the F*** bombs and take out the "poop" scene, it was totally unnecessary.
