I've always wanted to do intermittent fasting for the benefit of mental clarity and guidance and I'm so happy I stumbled upon this godsend. Fasting in general can be hard since it's a discipline, however this beginners guide keeps you motivated every step of the way so that you don't fall off the wagon. Try it and see if things change for the better lol.

Now that marijuana is legalized in California, i’ve been thinking about capitalizing on ways to help people that need cannabis for medical reasons or anxiety. This book gives very insightful advice on how to start growing and how to bring the big bucks in when it comes to a successful business. If you have a small garden that you aren’t using and need a new stream of income, I’d recommend looking into this.

As I get older, I find it harder and harder to scope out the right guy or be at the right place where I can find a good potential mate. Bentley’s book makes things easier so I don’t make the wrong mistakes or end up disappointed and wasting my time. If you feel like you’ve lost all hope in love, i’d highly suggest giving this book a chance.

I’ve always done internment fasting on my own, however I wasn’t really sure without proper guidance. This “ food manual” comes with extra tips if you want to reverse your aging or want to just keep the weight on permanent.
