Historia
For his victims, for their families and for the investigators tasked with finding him, the senselessness and brutality of the Golden State Killer's acts were matched only by the powerlessness they felt at failing to uncover his identity. Then, on April 24, 2018, authorities arrested 72-year-old Joseph James DeAngelo at his home in Citrus Heights, Calif., based on DNA evidence linked to the crimes. Amazingly, it seemed, evil finally had a name. Please note: This work contains descriptions of violent crime and sexual assault and may not be suitable for all listeners.

fascinating futuristic story
Revisado: 05-11-20
The story kept me intrigued. I enjoed the characters and they were a couple of twists that worked out well.
Most aspects of the future seems feasible and in some cases eerily familiar to our current situation with the coronavirus. in fact it made me wonder it was just freshly written.
I would highly recommend it

a little choppy and difficult towards the end

I kept feeling like there might be a more intriguing underlined to the story so I stayed in. I found myself struggling to understand where it was going towards the middle and then again around the ending.
you definitely had a twist.

Historia
When you listen to this audiobook, you will make many assumptions. You will assume you are listening to a story about a jealous ex-wife. You will assume she is obsessed with her replacement - a beautiful, younger woman who is about to marry the man they both love. You will assume you know the anatomy of this tangled love triangle. Assume nothing. Twisted and deliciously chilling, The Wife Between Us exposes the secret complexities of an enviable marriage - and the dangerous truths we ignore in the name of love.

Slow even and surprising
Revisado: 03-04-19
The story slowly unwinds in its complexities. Well orchestrated, intriguing and interesting. I appreciated it the suttle aspects how how abuse may occur and the difficulties of convincing oneself that it's actually occuring, much less others outside of a relationship.

Interesing story
Revisado: 01-23-18
The storyline itself kept my attention and had some well thought out twists. The main character was a bit wishy washy and at times i felt like i just wanted to shake her. It seemed as if the two main male characters were almost the same personality. All in all a good story and well performed.
