It’s a really good story so far. Can’t wait for the next books. The narrator is pretty good, just wish there was a woman narrator to help even out the story. It’s kind of hard to know who’s who when everyone’s voice sounds the same, just deeper but still good job and good book

Historia
Reincarnated as the War God—he has a lot to learn to live up to that title. His power is only as good as the skill he possesses to wield it. But there is a reason the former War God fell. He can only dare to imagine what foes lie in wait. He will have to build a team out of a former shield maiden, an elven sorceress intent on hiding her power, a beautiful lycan who doesn't trust anyone and a mortal-hating fire celestial. What could be hard about that?

This book was 10/10. Glad I spent the credit. Scrug was the best character in my opinion.

It was Mid
Revisado: 02-28-25
This was definitely a new take for me. I like how this story was completely different from most of the other stories written by the author. Don’t get me wrong, I’m from the south and I enjoy a good southern accent as much as the next . But the woman voice actor in this book was horrendous. I disliked it from chapter 1. Also, the ending of this book was so rushed. They could’ve been another books explaining all 10 factions of supporters that were gained after gaining their ships. Anyways, I digress. 3.8/5

Historia
In a Post-Apocalyptic world of Magic and Machinery, Jack Knight is an orphan who finds himself caught between a life-altering decision. Join the military and fight the demon hordes or sell his soul to the Corpos. Both options having minimal appeal to a shut-in like Jack. Thanks to the high cost of living, and his sister’s medical expenses, Jack has never given much thought to what he’d want to do with life, always living paycheck to paycheck, scrounging just enough to keep the lights on and his sister safe. However, an Angel presents him with a third option.

I was not expecting this kind of series but boy am I glad I picked this series. One of the best written stories I’ve listen to. If this was a movie. It would do wonders in the box office. Definitely worth the credit

That’s it?
Revisado: 01-27-25
This book had so much potential and could have been at least a five book series. Books 3 was beyond rushed. Book one and two came out swinging and had me hooked. The way book 3 ended and how so much was unanswered is like Game of Thrones season eight all over again. I’ve never gone out of my way to leave a bad review on a book even if I didn’t like it but This series missed out on its potential.

Historia
Reeling from the conflict with the dwarves, Ken and several Haylon classes move to an event on the 28th floor of a dead branch of the dungeon to prepare for the raid. While he’s busy training, his grandparents give him his first mission to assess and carry out on his own. Between Ken’s time of scouting out and investigating his target, he runs in with the other three schools and learns he’s not the only ace damage dealer. Pendulum, Trusk and the Royal Academy all have a student that’s a head above the rest of their peers.

Great book! Can’t wait for the next one already. Sad to see the voice actors being changed after this one. I can’t picture a better voice for Crimson.

The cloak of invisibility
Revisado: 09-12-24
It was a very good ending to book 3. I do hope this isn’t the end. There’s still plenty of story that could be told. This could be a 10 book series if written correctly. It’s a 1,000 year battle. I do hope to see a major time jump sometime soon. He should experience his wife’s becoming older as he stays younger and how he adapts mentally. we should hear more about each child. But all in all, I look forward to it.
