Historia
Margot and James are broken up—for good this time. James made sure of it when he dropped the bomb on Margot: that he doesn’t want kids, ever. Then, on the biggest morning of his life, James—an ambitious lawyer at a high-powered firm—wakes up pregnant. He realizes with dread that he is part of a recent epidemic of men suddenly and inexplicably becoming pregnant. His condition obvious to the higher-ups, James is denied the promotion he was expecting, sending him reeling.

Cute sci-fi "spoiler alert"
Revisado: 06-12-22
Story tries to make the point of men making laws for women's bodies. Two situations that stand out are the 14 year old girl being sexual abused and James, who's baby dies late in the pregnancy.
The story implies that the biggest part of sexual abuse is fear of getting pregnant and once that possibility is gone the mental health of the girl begins to improve. There is an implication that the abuse may have stopped because the man fears becoming pregnant.
James baby dies in uetero but because of laws the doctor can't induce labor. Pro-life is about the life of an unborn child. This would be a stillbirth not an abortion.
I have seen an undercover video of discussing a late term abortion and the worker says using digoxin to stop the heart beat is better. She goes on to say there is less suffering than when the baby is removed in pieces. Jill Stanek talks about "live birth abortions" where the babies where placed in a utility room to die alone. She actually held an 22 week aborted baby with downs syndrome for 45 minutes while he fought to breath.
If you don't find the last paragraph horrific then I question your humanity. It's sad but same people who are prolife seem more appalled by big game hunters than partial birth abortions. While the baby is still partial in the mother the doctor then kills the child by crushing his skull or removing his brain by suction. Which is thought to have been done to the babies recovered by a prolife activist this year in DC.

Historia
Before its end as a nation, there appeared in ancient Israel nine specific warnings and omens of national destruction. These same nine harbingers are now manifesting in America with profound ramifications for America’s future and end-time prophecy. Hidden in an ancient biblical prophecy from Isaiah, the mysteries revealed in The Harbinger are so precise that they foretell recent American events down to the exact days.

I love listening to books so I can do other mindless task. I can't tell who is talking so I'm confused from the beginning. I believe it will be a very interesting book but I will need to read it.

Not Preachy
Revisado: 11-13-21
Other reviews call the author preaching and subject preachy. But that's not true. It's a story of two Christians and their relationship. Yes a small part is how they struggle with attraction and avoiding premarital sex. At no point in the story does the author preach that belief, it's just the belief of the characters. The other review that said they gave up their life for God, is very sad. I don't know what part of the story make them think they have given up anything.
