Annoying characters

This was my first Tijan book , I almost gave up but I get OCD if I dont finish a book so I suffered through and after chapter 35 it actually ended up redeeming itself The cliff hanger in the end was what will keep me hooked on this series other than that I wouldnt even think twice , how annoying were some of these characters ?? Especially their names I mean cmon TAZ , RACE, CROSS .... eye roll Taz made me sick she was so fucking annoying I hated her she was stupid and a disrespectful crybaby always whining about some shit , there is no way Bren would even be her friend if it wasnt for her Cross . So anyways I found it hard to believe the whole crew system ,really how bad ass could a bunch of underprivileged teenagers actually be? Not so underprivileged to me they all have homes and parents that are well off not to mention all have vehicles so really how poor pitty party can you get in Rousseau??who are they bullied by?they just seem like a bunch of disrespectful ass teenagers to me that Lack character development and with the exception of Bren and her living arrangement where the hell are these brats parents? Where they can just go run a mock all over the town causing havoc? This whole we aren’t a gang oh I hate gangs blah blah yeah ok you go around intimidating people you don’t let any NORMALS any where near you the only thing that makes them not a gang is they aren’t into drug dealing but do however go around beating people to a pulp where they can’t even take a crap or walk but we ARENT a gang, they are all involved with GANG ACTIVITY Does a duck quack?? Bren being the only girl part of CREW was just stupid I found parts just ridiculous but all in all there was some good redeeming qualities and I will finish the series.

Annoying

I did somewhat enjoy this book ,as I followed the whole case from start and was obsessed in reading every news report and tabloid plus watched all the coverage on television.
Mrs Rocha made a statement at the beginning basically that she wanted Laci to be remembered and tell of why she was so loved. However I felt that it was just a huge bitch fit venting session told by a heartbroken Mother. I understand completely I hope this this was a healing to tell, I’d of liked if there was more facts about Laci and her life about her being happy and loved.
A lot of repetitive emotions and the conversations of her and Scott were just infuriating on both of their behalf’s . I tried to put myself in her shoes but still found weird behavior and her rudeness and never ending questioning toward Scott uncalled for.If I had been Scott I’d of told MRS ROCHA aka mom to fuck right off with her constant pointing fingers and accusations they were just redundant and ridiculous my gawd what happened to innocent until proven guilty?Lacis story somehow became all about her and her the moms feelings and illnesses I felt she was so rude to the Peterson’s as well not that their behavior was any better , but damn how bout a little compassion or practice what you preach lady.

Character comedy is redeeming!

This was my first book by the author all in all it was an okay story ,started out exteremly slow,long and boring no steamy sex for a very long time.The story is tabu in terms of what society deems acceptable but that was a great quality for this read.its the authors world and she can make it however she wants , do whatever she wants .Goodness where do I start with Carrie W?Her narration was okay not horrible but not great. She is unfathomable a total C U next Tuesday. Written so well I wanted to jump into the book and smack the shit out of her.Her smart mouth is sometimes so hilarious like during the crow scene you cant help but to laugh because shes so passionate about her Mishaps she thinks nothing of it.Man does she have some serious issues though, Id of liked to seen her get spoiled more with clothes and shopping I get she wasnt that type of girl but it of been nice to see she actually got those new knickers and bras all though you despise her, in the end she redeems herself and disereves her very happy ending. The male characters were boring and the narrators made them even more so , they didnt match the likes of them and sounded like total pusses.Id of liked a little more history on their relashionship as it lacked depth I mean we needed something so we could understand why they had no jealousy when loving and sharing the same woman and jerking eachother off rather than just the infamous CARRIE WELLS EFFECT .

Twisted in all the right ways.

I really enjoyed this book overall. The story won’t be for everyone I will say that. The authors did an amazing job making you cringe and hate the villains to the point I actually wanted to kill the stepfather and his cronies. Daddy was great I liked him a lot and the narrators sexy ass voice made him all the better , I liked Cora alright, except the narrator sounded like she was 12 years old which suited the character well because for a grown woman who was already 18 I found Cora extremely naive and annoying in the sense she had no damn back bone and put up with her step fathers bullshit I just don’t see how someone who was supposed to be so academically smart not have the proper knowledge to seek help from a school counselor or social services especially now that she was of age she could have gotten the hell out of there she didn’t have to stick around and let “DADDY” save her...so that really annoyed me but otherwise I found it all around a good listen and loved the HEA.

Best one out of the series ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love the Signed series ,this was the best one out of all of them because we get introduced to LUCY 💎 Lucy is adorable and funny she needs a book of her own (rated G of course) but I think it would be cool to hear her tell her side of the story and what she thinks of the whole Agency crew🖤 Her family.
So back to the story at hand. I like the way these books show glimpses of the other characters throughout the series and I like Jack and Samanthas story the best. The narrators really made the book for me let me tell you, now although I like the series the narrators on the other books ruined it for me I ended up returning them because the male narrators didn’t sound age appropriate or do the characters any justice,but these actors did a fabulous job. Overall the sex is hot and steamy I think the author could refrain from the over use of the word INCREDIBLE but other than that she knocked it out of the park. Great stories that are actually believable to real life situations and I enjoy that rather than rolling my eyes while thinking YEAH RIGHT! I can’t wait to read Scarlett’s story next.

Short but sweet

This was my first read by the Authors, It jumped right in to the point and that’s a plus for me as I get anxious when stories start out boring and slow.
Things could have been a little more discriotive in terms of character development and the sex scenes. I became a fan of the Locke Brothers and I can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

This story was expertisly measured with just the right amount of all things I love in a book.

I loved the way the book reads alternating both characters POVs. The narrators were great they really made Ivory and Emeric come alive to me.I also liked the fact that the writer didn’t make anything seem to far fetched as a lot of fiction is written these days to be so damn unbelievably ridiculous it ruins the book all together.Also things got to the point and didn’t linger on when a issue or threat arises it’s quicky taken care of as aposed to dragging it out and getting frustrating.The sex scenes were hot and exciting not stupid repetitive bullshit as in okay we already seen them bang that way for the 100000 time it’s never got old , there was a good mixture of everything and again believable as in I could actually picture it as something myself in real life could or would do instead of being stupid ,yeah right are you fucking kidding me moments. The happy ending was believable and honest. All though I would love to see more of Emeric and Ivory’s story , The author leaves us pleasantly satisfied. LOVED IT! I’d read it again in a heart beat.
