NTMA & NTMN: This was definitely a quick read. Especially since I read and listened at the same time. I got the gist of the main characters' relationship fairly early but there were a couple of things I felt were rushed or glossed over for the sake of making it a quick read. Sibling's best friend is one of my favorite troupes and I wanted to a little bit more backstory on the start of their relationship.
The narration was decent. I liked how versatile she was in changing up her voice for both male & female characters, as well as giving each character their own accent or voice. The only thing I think I had an issue with in it was the editing of the audio. There was a time or two I could tell the narrator made a mistake and it wasn't removed. Other than that, it was nice debut book. Since I know it is a first book in a series, I'm eager to see more about these characters as a couple.

This was a nice quick summer taste. I loved the storyline. Wes is ALWAYS hot for me. I enjoyed Winston and that accent. He’s definite growing into his craft and I look forward to that growth.

I read the ebook to this book last month but hearing the words out of Wesleigh’s voice made a 5-star book double in excellence. The book was already dope and realistic af. Married couples go through the very same trials Callie and Brandon went through on a regular and Tia Love brought that realism out perfectly. The conversations about children, supposed infidelity, taking accountability, and being very present in your family are all important facets of maintaining a healthy family and relationship. There were times that I wanted to slap both of them for their assumptions or miscommunication but in the end, I’m glad they got their ish together. And what else could I say about Ms. Siobhan? Her voice is golden! She knows how to flip into each character effortlessly and she is the reason I enjoy audiobooks at all. Another great one, ladies!
