Principles not prescriptions
Revisado: 11-21-24
Current Scrum culture would do well to revisit the original literature. This is a fantastic read and has even been adapted to address modern challenges of the post-pandemic era. If your Scrum culture has turned into a “pulse check”’ and isn’t providing meaningful results, read this book to re-inspire yourself and others of the powerful purpose and impact of what Scrum is meant to be.

An incredible insight on the future of business
Revisado: 01-05-23
A deep dive into where we’ve come from as businesses, where we are, where we’re headed, the need for agility, and how to organizationally achieve it. Consider it a recipe and play by play for success sprinkled with real world example and anecdotes to support ideas. I truly believe this is the business framework embraced by all for the future. Agility is to the future as Taylorism is to the past. Thank you, Karim for the wonderful insight.

Historia
I’ve been in this life for fifty years, been trying to work out its riddle for forty-two, and been keeping diaries of clues to that riddle for the last thirty-five. Notes about successes and failures, joys and sorrows, things that made me marvel, and things that made me laugh out loud. How to be fair. How to have less stress. How to have fun. How to hurt people less. How to get hurt less. How to be a good man. How to have meaning in life. How to be more me. Recently, I worked up the courage to sit down with those diaries.

Incredible journey delivered in a way that only he could…
Revisado: 10-20-22
For two weeks, I listened on my way to work, I chomped on intellectual insights and moments of inspiration during work, and I listened on my way home and any other time I could in between. A true first person experience into the mind of McConaughey, I’ve never been more entertained listening to someone’s story. I’m inspired and grateful for this. It’s not literature; its liferature 🫶🏼🙌🏼
