The book is really informative and eye opening more so to the beginners. I have saved some money and I was researching for what I can invest in with my money. The book has given me wide knowledge on stock market and I can make sound decision on this. This book guides you through the process and advises in easy-to-understand terms the pitfalls to avoid. I recommend this to anybody interested in finances and the stock markets.

I really enjoyed listening on this audiobook . I enjoyed them so much.The romance is great and enough action and intrigue in the story to keep it interesting. Would recommend these if you like a little extra with your romance.Everyone of the stories were filled with passion, love, some confused situations for the characters and some really wonderful.

Very interesting topic about CBT

I really like this book and the suggestions it gives in helping you to change your mindset.A must listen for anxiety reduction. The author hits it on the head in a simple to read and understand way.I found this book truly inspiring and helpful. The idea behind CBT is that you can change your thoughts and therefore improve your reaction to emotions that you cannot change in situations, helping you with anxiety, stress, and depression to name a few.
