Very pleasant narration, I liked that I learned a new visualization exercises. Not much of the information is new to me, however, I enjoyed listening to this audio book and I will listen to it over again.

Good listen with one pet peeve

I enjoyed everything about this audiobook except the part that says “ Muscle Weighs more than fat.” I understand the sentiment behind the statement I just don’t agree because 1 pound of fat weighs exactly the same as 1 pound of muscle. They just don’t look the same. Other than that one thing, it was very interesting and reassuring to know that I’m the right path.
