Quiet Your Mind, Change Your Life.

I have often thought that meditation would be a great help to me but didn't know how to start. This book took me step by step to a quiet mind. You learn and practice a new technique 8 minutes a day for 1 week and then 'advance' to a new technique the next week. Clear instructions, varied approaches, and written encouragement have helped me form a new habit that enriches my life. If you're interested in practicing meditation, this is a great start. I was a beginner who was interested in finding something to calm myself and be a little less angry.

I love to learn Spanish Language therefore I grab this book. This is a very great guide to Spanish phrases. I have taken up couple of Spanish classes, and I can say that this book can really help me refresh what I learned. The format is great and I'll be able to pull it up quickly on my phone for help when I need it.

I wasn't sure what I was going to find in this book but I was pretty surprised to see how much sense this made. I applied this system in a males point of view and it works like a charm. It includes tips for both men and women; two separate sections. This read is helpful for couples who still have feelings for each other and yet decided to call it off. Nice read indeed encouraging for a second chance in relationship.

This is a nice book to learn more about PASSIVE INCOME. Such a loads of information I really appreciate this book. The suggestions I gathered from this book were quite helpful and gave me some sense of direction. Also, I learned about side hustling and some activities I could try to earn from.

You CAN Get Her/Him Back!!!

Initially what made me want to read the book or any of Gary's books is to obviously help in regards to my ex however there's more to it than that. This book is different than most get your ex back books as it is not filled with much of the same obvious information as other books offer.
