This book was very well written and thought out. I have followed Kumiko for years and used her budget by paycheck workbook. In this book she made me really dig deep within to help me really understand my relationship with money, really consider my why and understand some things I was a little lost around. This was definitely a great listen to finish out my year, while setting goals and intentions for the new year.
