I found that most of the story was ordinary. As in what a day-to-day life would be. The buildup to the thriller part came right at the end of the book. Not the usual standard for this author.

I haven’t identified with a book like this in years. Sarah is honest, researched, wise and funny. She tells a tough story with bravery and inspires us to trudge through tough stuff as there is life on the other side.
