I don't know why I waited so long to read this...

Probably because I was an adult with a grown son, I didn't think there would be any reason to begin this series. Now that I've started, this book has been so fun and flown by so quickly, I can't wait to start the next. Never thought I'd become a Potter-phile, yet here I am!

As a beekeeper, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Lots of behavioural and scientific detail. Particularly impressed how bees are great examples for humans.

until this book, I was not aware how many aspects of our lives sleep affects. Good sleep is now one of my pillars of health... along with exercise & healthy eating. This is SO important!

A lovely book, especially the audible version!

Tom Hanks, one of America's all time favorite actors (really, my family & friends love him so much we consider him 'one of ours') is apparently a fun and amazing writer. Who knew?
I'm sure the print book is super great, but I would venture nothing compares to having Tom reading, no, performing, this excellent set of short stories. What a treat it was too have his voice in my ear as we made our way through a variety of adventures that were funny, compelling, heartfelt... and always entertaining. Well written, well performed, I very much recommend this audio book to everyone.

Well researched and written, it is a joyful yet honest assessment of the man, his life & his work. Alfred Molina is delightful and "easy on the ears". I loved listening to this book, very well done.

Loved this Gothic Novel

I saw the Crimson Peak movie and really feel in love with the story. I sought this novelization to get more detail into the characters thoughts & feelings. This performance did not disappoint! Upon finishing this book, I again saw the movie with greater insight. My experience was enhanced, and I appreciated the story, setting, and cast even more. Guillermo del Toro is a master, his movie is now one of my favorites.

This novelization is very well done, I felt completely immersed in this audio book, every detail available. Imogen Church is superior.
