Months later and I'm finally coming around to review this book and a resonating feeling I still have is that Circe made me appreciate my own mortality. The descriptions and metaphors in this book were well written.

Every 14 hours of this book was throughly enjoyed and engaging. I believe that this might be her best work yet.

There was a lot of nonsense and fluff which is why it's so darn long (8hrs) and hard to listen to. I only got a chance to listen to the first 30 min. before I realized that this book was not meant for me. I kept wondering when it would go straight to the questions section of the book, I didn't need a long winded intro to this guys life and other peoples lives. I just realized that this book was written from a recruiter and not an actual hiring manager which no wonder...

I was set up for an interview with 10 people coupled off during a 4 hour duration and was able to answer most if not all the behavioral/project management interview questions thrown my way. I was complemented on my preparedness and it was enjoyable not only for me, but for the interviewees as well since they were engaged with the smooth level of conversation flowing in the room. I listened to the complete book 3 days before my actual interview date and wrote down only two chapters to reference and practice out loud to myself when I could (etc. cooking, driving, in front of a mirror). The first chapter was the top questions I'd be ask and the second is questions I should ask. I highly recommend this book since it's not grueling nonsense, but straight to the point.
