Worth the Listen
Revisado: 10-09-19
I really enjoyed the flow of this! I did feel that the narrator could've had a little more personality, but it wasn't bad. The content more than made up for it. I will likely listen again and take more notes.

Historia
We've all had experiences with two dramatically different types of leaders. The first type drain intelligence, energy, and capability from the people around them and always need to be the smartest people in the room. These are the idea killers, the energy sappers, the diminishers of talent and commitment. On the other side of the spectrum are leaders who use their intelligence to amplify the smarts and capabilities of the people around them.

Great content - Would love a shorter version
Revisado: 09-05-19
This is a really great audiobook and I've been sharing it with everyone I know in leadership (as well as aspiring leaders). I consider it a must read.
My only real critique is that I wish it was shorter and quicker to the point in some chapters. A diet version of this book would be ideal lol.
Nevertheless, I think the goal was to be detailed and precise. I respect that and learned a lot from listening. I'm currently working for a dimenisher

Great Read for deep thinkers
Revisado: 02-18-19
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Very unique examples and in depth insight. It was mostly easy to listen to. There were a couple of chapters that were slightly boring, but that didn't ruin the overall experience. I'm going to purchase the hard copy to add to my book collection. There was a lot of material here that I want to revisit and remember.

Life Changing
Revisado: 06-14-17
I have been following ET for about 2 years now and I hadn't planned on reading the book because I thought I knew his story. Wow was I wrong. There is so much more to his story than what he shares in his speeches. I had a goal of reading 12 books in 12 months and this was the 12th book. What a great way to cap off a year of reading. I especially enjoyed the storyline and audio performance.

Good substance overall
Revisado: 01-06-17
I felt that the substance of this book was great and the author did stick to the overall topic. However, it was really just too long. The examples were good but, there were too many of them. It took me a while to finish this one. The narrator was a little boring as well. Still a good read though. I think it's worth the read but, just prepare to get bored at times.
