Historia
Finite games, like football or chess, have known players, fixed rules, and a clear endpoint. The winners and losers are easily identified. Infinite games, games with no finish line, like business or politics, or life itself, have players who come and go. The rules of an infinite game are changeable, while infinite games have no defined endpoint. There are no winners or losers - only ahead and behind. The question is, how do we play to succeed in the game we’re in? In this revelatory new audiobook, Simon Sinek offers a framework for leading with an infinite mindset.

Greatm, but really bothered by one thing...
Revisado: 07-12-21
I think the way Simon characterizes Milton Friedman in this book is really not fair. The way Simon talks about Friedman made it sound like was totally ok with any negative aspects of corporations, and was on board with the idea that Profit is and should be the only goal of a corporation. After listening to MF quite a bit, I think this is a gross misrepresentation, and every time he brought it up, it really bothered me and took away a bit from his message.
If this book is the only angle you are getting on Milton Friedman, please do yourself a favor and listen to a few talks from him.
Other than that, I thought the book and it's ideas were really good!
