The author clarifies quite well that medicines are numbing the symptoms of mental illness or depression and they are not the answer. Does a good job noting how external factors are the real cause of depression or anxiety. He however misses the mark as he believes a universal basic income and Removal of hierarchies will lead to a utopia. This premise is based on a few limited and shortsighted studies used as examples of proof that it's a guarantee. Ignores some of the basic premise in this while saying everyone can do what they want and not acknowledging. Who will actually do the work that nobody wants. Overall, definitely a good book to consider with salient points in some areas and personal ideology in others

Great illustration of corporate culture!

I liked the use of bee hives as a way to describe a positive & failing culture and conversely, a positive more open, and functional culture as a proxy for companies.

I struggled to finish this one. Some interesting Hollywood insights made it just bearable. The writer managed to be boring and boastful all at once. Hollywood name and show references probably lost on most people younger than baby boomers.

The book paints a picture of damning facts in the beginning. When the facts don't support the desired results (technical limitations prevented WS banging noise capture..maybe cause there were none?) depends on assumptions. Using supposed unnamed sources, ignoring sources that dont match the narrative, or noting the performance at home proves cheating continued (ever heard of home field advantage?). This in the face of vindicating MLB investigations. The Astros continue to win and this shows how limited this books supposed insight holds.

extremely very well done. All the characters were painted in excellent detail. I look forward to meeting the next chapter to find out what happens next
