Historia
It all ends here. Every decision, battle, triumph, and heartache has led the galaxy to this moment. The Republic is spun wildly into sudden war as Gomarii slavers, in overwhelming numbers, strike on behalf of their Savage allies. The battle is fiercest on a newly rediscovered world: Earth. But galactic war is only the symptom of an older, deeper, and far more dangerous conflict. Now, Keel and Ravi must work frantically to assemble the warriors needed to withstand an ancient threat, and Prisma must wrestle to control her own inner darkness.

Historia
Silas is growing into the responsibilities weighing him down. Earth is struggling, but there is hope. The deals that Silas has made have brought resources and trainers to Earth. He's helped some leaders gain an understanding of what they will face. His team has continued to grow but now he finds himself facing the greatest challenge to any Forerunner, the Wild Hunt. He'll be hunted but also have to hunt other Forerunners while forging a shaky alliance with those he can't trust. Even more disturbing, it seems like there might be more than one system to choose from.

Everything is excellent other then the speaker sometimes says the wrong name when it’s extremely obvious he meant to say one characters name and not the other

Excellent story, VA is good, but not bray…
Revisado: 05-09-23
If this series started with Chris then this would be different. He’s excellent…..However we got 5 books with characters voiced uniquely with Bob and after these 5 books it was extremely disorienting to hear these characters no longer be them because their voice wasn’t them. They became different people and it throws the reader off considerably and consistently. The consequences is the removal of suspension from disbelief. It took 4/5 of the book before I started to adapt to the new voices; HOWEVER, this had the consequence of the entirety of the previous 5 books to be written off (pun intended) as different characters and a different story in my head. The need for speed to push another book out and use a different VA this late in the series was a questionable move. And many fans seem to be dissatisfied and disappointed because of it. As for me? I am confused and sad by this move. Chris is very talented, but he isn’t Bob and he cannot replicate the characters Bob brought to life in your stories Mr Hopper… I understand there are factors unknown to a reader like me, and I’m sure everyone involved made the best choice they had, much like your characters in your books. However this still leaves me longing for the folks in your stories left behind because they are not the characters in this story. Again Mr grant you did a fantastic job and I love other books you’ve narrated as you are fantastic. It is simply not the first book, and therefor a whole nother story….(pun also intended)

Revisado: 07-07-22
This book actually made me anxious for the characters and quite blood boiling mad at a very specific 2 characters. Excellent book and while I wanted the happily ever after once again nick and Bob gave a tale that is exciting amazing and will continue to grip my gut as our hero’s fall and barely survive

Good as usual, but jumpy
Revisado: 03-29-22
I love this series and the story is fantastic,
HOWEVER
I had a hard time following who was where in this book, locations seemed to jump quickly and continuously and it was much harder to paint a mental picture as to who was where and what it looked like where they were. between the constant name changing of locations by the factions and people the story trying to trick the reader and charters as to what was happening it was harder to follow and I felt lost too much for comfort. Again excellent story, but perhaps give a little grounding to the reader more when action like this is pumped out so many chapters straight, the pace was incredible and really made you feel rush the rangers went into, but as a listener it became hard to keep up, maybe just me, other two books I had no issues, this one is much faster pace. Love it love it love it
