I read this book to get a better understanding of what my boyfriend, who is an alcoholic is going through. I thought I knew it all already, but I had a lot of aha moments reading this book. I wish the author dove into the depression side of alcoholism a little bit more and not just saying "to just seek the advice from a Dr," like every4one else does.

No way! I think it was made to be listened to because it is all actual live recordings of William's past life regressions.
