Awesome book. had a sad part that I didn't care for, but was a necessary evil. Scott is an amazing writer, or should I say spider. Spins webs that trap you and keep you intertwined in the story.

Loved nearly all the characters, but one, and Scott knows who she is. His writing is masterful and he's 2nd cousin to a spider with the story web he weaves. Now one of my favorite authors.

Very different story.

Alisha Klapheke wrote a very different story. A little hard to get used to at first, with what seemed like a mixed timeline over what seemed like many generations. But after I got into it, I decided it was a very good story and Kylie Stewart did a very good job narrating it. It will be one I'll be re-listening to again. Thank you for the great story!!

Nathan is as awesome as ever. He has a great story that sucks you in, holds you against your will and leaves you very satisfied for being kept that way. You always hope for the next book/installment/or new read or listen in this case. Jeffrey Kafer was a little rough to get used to, but he did a fantastic job. I was used to Nathan reading Ish so it was an adjustment. The more I listen to him, the better he will get for me. On to the next book!!

You always hope for the next book/installment/or new read or listen in this case. Emily did a fantastic job. Her annunciation was spot on, voices were awesome, and she gave the ear a wonderful treat. I look forward to hear more books read by her.
