I enjoyed listening to this short audio. I did have to speed up the narration as it was quite slow and felt like it was dragging but that's not a big deal. I marked it down from 5 for 2 reasons. 1. It was disappointing that the story was cut off before the follow through. Don't want to give specific spoilers here. You'll understand when you listen to it. And, 2. because of my own mindset. I have very specific beliefs on data privacy and this book, surprisingly, brushed up against that. As well as the issue of men trying to override the beliefs of the woman who created a top level company. If the story were longer, maybe it could have convinced me it was necessary in that world but the "because I said so" just didn't work for me. So, those issues irked me a bit but it was still hot.

Found myself rolling my eyes way too often. More snippets than anything you could really build on. Finally just gave up and didn't finish.

I love Joey W. Hill's books. I have all of them that are available on Audible and listen to them again and again and again. They never get old.

Decent story but voice not so good

The storyline was good. I wished for a bit more explanation on some parts, but I will still consider other books by the author. However, the voice acting made it difficult to get through. All of the female voices were either shrill/shrieking or whiny when they spoke. The general narration was good but the female dialogue was like nails on a chalkboard for me. If Ms. Raine's other books have the same voice actor, I will buy the book and read it myself.

One of my favorite stories

I love reading this book and now I love listening to it. The narrator just adds icing on the cake.

Not my favorite by a long shot

I have listened to several CD Reiss stories and while having continuity issues, always enjoyed the stories and characters. This book, I couldn't connect Fiona with anyone for a relationship. I didn't feel any chemistry there. I don't want to say more because of possible spoilers, but while I liked Fiona well enough, I missed the spark.

Better than expected.

This story, and the presentation of it, exceededy expectations. I was expecting total campiness but it was actually a good story. They man doing the vocals actually worked out well. There are a few scenes I couldn't help laughing at but overall, a good story. Going to find more stories from Renee Rose.

Story issues, character issues... not a repeater.

Did not care for this story. I was constantly asking "really??" Definitely not a repeater.

Couldn't finish.

Narrator kept repeating himself periodically. Wasn't a good narrator in general but repeating instead of re-recording was lazy. Add in background noises and I just couldn't keep going.

Silly rather than sexy.

I found myself rolling my eyes at this story more often than enjoying it. The author narrating the story added nothing to the story. I think a better option could have been found. I will be skipping his other stories unless I'm just looking for some eye exercise.
