Good: Kel Kade and Nock Podehl are an outstanding team. She is able to build the world's and Nick breaths life into them. this is just another in the line of Kel Kade masterpieces. Kel Kade has a system, or maybe a process to her writing that is vexing to the reader. her books are engaging and page turners that can't be put down.
BAD: cliff hangers that last for years. I wish she could produce books faster, but
-patience is a virtue???
-good things come to those that wait????
-it takes years for a tree to grow to its full beauty???
-the world turns at its own speed, no matter how much I want tomorrow to come faster???
Regardless, my impatience will not prevent me from buying either of her story lines when they come out.

The extensive research and outstanding assembly of the horrific events caused by the White Christian Church is something that is not taught in schools. The facts that people continue to be willfully ignorant of the truth and its consequences are infuriating.
These story's and the pain it has caused along with the truth of our history is missing from our public education system. This is eye opening.
The problem is the delivery and the constant injection of an opinion throughout.

Look ... This series is engaging, addicting and needs to be made into an HBO series. That being said, Ray Porter needs to do some speed or meth before reading any more of your books. Seriously, after listening to RC Bray do an absolute outstanding job, Ray Porter is just a huge let down. R Porter sounds like a burnt out Detective reciting his notes for a jury. Not the engaging inflection and gravely voice we are used to from RC Bray.
Really ... how bout you cough up the coin to get RC back in the drivers seat?!?!?!
