This story is so wonderfully smart, well-acted and so funny. The characters are great and terrible all at the same time. It's my favorite thing to listen to before I sleep. Brilliant and hilarious! ❤

Why Ernest Cline felt the need to write a pandering social commentary with barely veiled political agenda in a book that has Nothing to do with the subject baffles me. I'm disappointed.

Leaves you wanting more

I've really enjoyed all of the Chaos seed books up to this point but am starting to get a little disappointed with a few things.
1. The content is becoming more and more mature. As the books go on the author seems to use more and more curse words and sexual references/puns. Don't get me wrong, These things can have their place in books but it seems to be getting to the point where it is taking away from the story and I find myself just rolling my eyes at the frequency that it happens. It had also kept me from being able to enjoy them with my kids.
2. The book length and content are starting to get really thin. In an effort to pump out books, I feel like half of a book is being released as a whole book.
I really love the story and characters so I will keep buying and listening the three series but I'm hoping they don't keep following this negative trend.
