Good narrator, long and painful story

The writer spends so much time in the time before the storm that it gets boring, she makes Pia look like a bad person when Ash is the one cheating on her... full of clichés and not really much about how we are unprepared.
I like Zach Villa as a narrator and that's why I got this book. Good performance on his end, but long and painful story otherwise.

Terrible. The story is amazing but I just can't keep going because of the narrator. This is unfortunately a return.

Extremely funny and real

I had no idea who Amy Schumer was before I stumbled over her book. I am now sad I missed her show where I live, kust because I didn't know about her.
The book is really funny and she manages to keep it real the whole way till the end.

"Oh look at me... I am sooo small and insecure... but so incredibly noisy and funny!!" What's wrong with this woman?? I like her in a few movies but the book just gave me a whole new face to this person. Not worth the time.
If you want a funny book by a real person, read The girl with the lower back tattoo.

Where does The Japanese Lover rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
First place! It is such and amazing book, and so so well read. I loved the story and I really liked the different voices from the narrator.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Martian to be better than the print version?
The book was really descriptive, sometimes it was a bit of a pain. I was reading and listening to it, and had to jump parts just to be able to finish it.
