I’ve been following Tim Faller’s podcast and writing for a couple of years now. This fantastic book is accessible, essential, and uncommon. You’ll pick up a lot of unique lessons geared to production delivery that can be immediately applied within your team. Tim boils down more academic ideas and provides actionable examples of how to get the flywheel started with continuous improvement, employee-driven financial growth mindsets, positive jobsite culture and more. It’s rare to get a book like this from someone who’s working in the field and in management with golden nuggets for all levels of leadership and production.
