Historia
This book is about churn or patient turnover. This is for those DPC doctors, not only those in mature practices, but also for those newbies who are just starting out. Everyone needs to worry about losing patients. It’s not only a blow to your ego when people are going out the door seemingly as fast as they are coming in but also a blow to your bottom line. And it could put you out of business.

Feeling so good about DPC! Douglas Farrago your advice is awesome in your new book, slowing the Churn of DPC! I just texted my husband this message and wanted to share! “So the book from Doug farrago said to remind patients of your value, so I sent off 3 messages to patients about lab fee charges and reminded them how much I saved them! It was a nice happy holiday gift! I saved them each $1894, $1250, and $144 just in one set of lab work for each person. That’s amazing!!! Made me feel so good! And then Doug said patients tend to share (or even brag about) this cool benefit with friends and family! It’s free marketing! Whoo hoo!
