Historia
The world’s greatest bodybuilder. The world’s highest-paid movie star. The leader of the world’s sixth-largest economy. That these are the same person sounds like the setup to a joke, but this is no joke. This is Arnold Schwarzenegger. And this did not happen by accident. Arnold’s stratospheric success happened as part of a process. As the result of clear vision, big thinking, hard work, direct communication, resilient problem-solving, open-minded curiosity, and a commitment to giving back. All of it guided by the one lesson Arnold’s father hammered into him above all: be useful.

I love the way Arnold explains how and why he’s humble and my respect for him has grown tremendously as well as built confidence in my own journey and love for myself. Inspiring me to reignite my why and celebrate it through giving. Thank you Arnold!

Incredible and mind blowing. True insights and activities to change your future
Revisado: 11-02-21
The key simple concepts and activities that Ben and Dan discuss in this audiobook and their interviews in between the chapters are so incredible and uplifting to have hope again in my future and what I’m pursuing. It also gives me a toolset and conversation booster for those around me to win and to be in the gap. I’m so excited to experience daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly gaps as well as sharing these experiences with my wife, kids, and family. Thank you Ben and Dan for putting this book together and excited to see what other books you guys create together to make our world and the way we see it better!

Historia
Animals are the direct product of their environment. They reactively evolve over time based on external circumstances. The process of their evolution is slow and random. Human beings are the indirect product of their environment. Although the environment is the medium through which humans adapt and evolve, our choices determine our environments. This is the fundamental difference. We get to decide the course and intensity of our personal evolution by intelligently designing our environments.

Impactful and precise
Revisado: 08-17-20
Such a meaningful, impactful, and applicable items to make immediate changes in ones life all summed in a short quick listen. I’ve always been a fan of Benjamin Hardy since his first book Willpower doesn’t work and he doesn’t fail to deliver once again. Highly recommended and something I will continue to review and relocated to multiple times. Thank you Ben for your work and sharing that gift with all of us!

Historia
We rely on willpower to create change in our lives...but what if we're thinking about it all wrong? In Willpower Doesn't Work, Benjamin Hardy explains that willpower is nothing more than a dangerous fad—one that is bound to lead to failure. Instead of "white-knuckling" your way to change, you need to instead alter your surroundings to support your goals. This book shows you how.

Grows you beyond belief
Revisado: 07-29-18
This simple read is so phenomenal and so impactful it creates a movement that’s not only growth thinking but also permanent. It isn’t filled with just hoorah rah that leaves you filling good and then forget it the next day. I’ve been on my path to growth and this book has just escalated that for peak and outlasting performance growth! It also uses concepts and references from some of my favorite authors that further solidified their purpose lines up with my goals and what my Why is about! Thank you for putting such a well stated, mind opening, short story focused, talent driven masterpiece together!
