Loved it. I pretty much figured it out but there were still great surprises and chaotic unexpected events in the end !

Historia
Meghan, Brecia, and Skye have just one thing in common. They were all murdered by the same man. He hunted them online, masquerading as an eligible bachelor. Then he played the perfect gentleman, a thick layer of charm and a thousand-watt smile hiding the fact that his first dates end in shallow graves. He’s gotten away with murder three times now. The only thing that might keep him from killing again? The women he murdered. Meghan, Brecia, and Skye might be dead, but they’re not gone. They’ve found each other. And they won’t rest until they find a way to stop him.

What the hell
Revisado: 02-18-23
Why are they treating her like she’s a hardened criminal and not a young woman who had a tragic and traumatic accident? And no one seems to be thinking of the child in this story.
Also, the male voice sounds like he’s from an old cheesy detective movie. The intensity is so overdramatic.
Trying to give it a shot but having a hard time finishing … I really liked it ends with us and it starts with us… Not sure about this one

Historia
Vampyres don't exist. They absolutely do not exist. At least I didn't think they did 'til I tried to quit smoking and ended up Undead. Who in the hell did I screw over in a former life that my getting healthy equates with dead? Now I'm a Vampyre. Yes, we exist whether we want to or not. However, I have to admit, the perks aren't bad. My girls no longer jiggle, my ass is higher than a kite, and the latest Prada keeps finding its way to my wardrobe.

Slut shaming extravaganza
Revisado: 06-21-22
The story was fun and funny except for the overdone Oprah/angel bit and the extensive slut shaming …have we not gotten past those archaic social norms? Also when she said her mother was “switching moods like a schizophrenic “ wow that was bad. Incredibly insensitive to mental health not to mention inaccurate. I want to go on with the story but I’m torn …I don’t want to hear more goofy sex scenes and slut shaming .

Historia
Charley Davidson isn't your everyday, run-of-the-mill grim reaper. She's more of a paranormal private eye/grim reaper extraordinaire. However, she gets sidetracked when the sexy, sultry son of Satan, Reyes Farrow, moves in next door. To further complicate matters, Reyes is her main suspect in an arson case. Charley has vowed to stay away from him until she can find out the truth…but then dead women start appearing in her apartment, one after another, each lost, confused, and terrified beyond reason.

Psychological inaccuracies
Revisado: 10-26-20
Ummm what!! First of all if Jenna is a psychiatrist she would not typically see anyone for short or long term “therapy”. In that case she would likely be a psychologist. She could also be a masters level therapist, social worker, or counselor but it’s written as though she has a doctoral level degree...therefore Psychologist.
Therapy never involves sex!!! Or any kind of relationship other than therapeutic with your clients. Jenna is running a high risk of losing her license and ending up on the backpage of Psychology Today which is reserved for the naughty therapists as precautionary tales.
Also Raes (spelling) was a bit annoying this book.
Otherwise I do really like the series.

Katherine Nichols knew she’d had too many drinks, but they were only going a short distance. “There’s no traffic anyway,” Eve had pointed out. And they'd had such a great night out, the two of them. Even now, driving them home and knowing she shouldn’t, seemed almost mischievous. All part of the fun. Not anymore.

Really smart dumb girls
Revisado: 03-13-20
I’m not totally sure where to start. After this I’ve read all the books available by this author. I was really disappointed with this one and The Loyal Wife. Well I enjoyed the Housekeeper (for the most part), Missing Molly, and especially Until I Met Her and After He Killed Me (I liked reading it from the killers perspective), there appears to be a theme of dingdong female protagonists. You’re just sitting around waiting for them to gain some sense, some self efficacy, and not act like an idiot.
To focus on this particular book… It frustrated me the most! The protagonist is constantly portrayed as extremely intelligent but acts immature and naïve. I see that Natalie B tried to make you understand why but it misses the mark. Very predictable. If anything works out in these books it’s pure dumb luck. If you’re looking for a strong, complex, interesting female protagonist then I don’t recommend this book. However, if you appreciate an anti-feminist damsel in distress who barely fumbles her way through somewhat easily navigated predicaments...this is for you.
